“Sausage / Fragments”, director - Ksenia Zorina.
This is the first production of Shergin on the Moscow stage. In a tiny space at arm’s length from the viewer, there are ten people with different characters, different fates, different experiences - mother, father, daughter, son, son’s friend and father’s friend, daughter’s groom, mother of the groom — united by close family ties, a tough history and the fate of the pig bought to make a sausage out of it for Katya’s wedding. Nine months of one year that changed the fate of all these people. Slice of life peeped in a crack
May 13 at 20.00, the project "Open Stage" (ul. Povarskaya d. 20)
"Evenings on a Farm Near Dikanka. Canceled, ”directed by Alexey Razmakhov and Philip Vinogradov.
Stage directors are students of the workshop of Dmitry Krymov, a recognized master of eccentric theater with his own aesthetics. This theatrical action, least of all resembling a retelling of a text familiar from the school, is filled with theatrical and artistic associations, irony and grotesque, and “no one knows” what the performance ends with.
May 14 and 20 at 20.00, the project “Open Stage” (20 Povarskaya St.)
"Two", directors - Alexey Razmakhov and Philip Vinogradov.
The production is based on the classic Russian play “Woe from Wit” and the biography of its author, Alexander Griboedov. This performance is an experiment, a search for a new theater language, an attempt to build communication with the audience using modern technologies. The authors connect the documentary theater with the play theater and provoke the person watching to create their own vision of facts, events, characters.
May 16 and 17 at 20.00, the project “Open Stage” (20 Povarskaya St.)
"Shakespeare. Ghosts and Witches, ”directed by Sergey Aronin.
If you think that Tit Andronic is the same as tectonics, and Macbeth is not far from MacBook, if Romeo and Juliet is a film - it does not matter! It is worse if you think that Shakespeare is a papier-mâché skull, a wooden sword and drawers, in general - dust and boredom. Sergey Aronin will develop all your ideas about Shakespeare and his great creations! Fun and with enthusiasm, he will breathe new life into long-familiar texts.
May 19 at 20.00, STD library (Bolshaya Dmitrovka St., 10/34)
“Public Reading”, director - Denis Azarov.
In this library, among the cabinets and books, among the tables at which the audience will sit, Denis Azarov staged the performance “Public Reading”. The action takes place in the reading room, a taboo place of culture with a strict code of conduct, here art and love will suddenly be born. This performance will break the boundaries and make the familiar space live in a new way. “Public Reading” is a mystical love story between a man and a woman, where there is still the main third character - the library.
May 21 and 25 at 20.00, the design factory "Flacon" (Bolshaya Novodmitrovskaya St., 36 Building 2)
Domostroy, director - Semyon Filippov.
The performance, created according to the texts of medieval Russian literature of the XVI century, which is a collection of rules, tips and instructions in all areas of human and family life, including social, family, economic and religious issues. Director Semyon Filippov tried to adapt these recommendations and parting words to modern reality, when the institution of the family is in a real crisis. This is an interactive dystopian play, built on the involvement of spectators in the process, who themselves decide how the action will end.
May 22 at 20.00, the project "Open Stage" (ul. Povarskaya d. 20)
Uncle Vanya, directed by Tadas Montrimas.
The director managed to create a unique atmosphere, very consonant with the play of the same name by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. What happens to the characters of the play when they leave the stage? How do they react? What are they doing? How do they live? Spectators only spy on the “inside out”. Phrases come from the corridor, from the street… At the same time, we see someone gathering somewhere, burning candles, sitting in front of the mirror, saying just one phrase from a monologue familiar to everyone - and everything immediately becomes clear.
May 23 and 24 at 20.00, the project "Open Stage" (ul. Povarskaya d. 20)
"Ruslan and Ludmila. Concert ”, director - Denis Azarov.
In his production, the director Denis Azarov presents the viewer with a conflict of female and male nature, shows the fine lines of the difficult relationship of the sexes. Having overcome a huge temporary space, this story is still relevant and acquires a new height and brightness. The director did not forget about the youthful humor of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin, based on the eponymous work of which the play was staged.
May 24 at 12.00, the design factory "Flacon" (Bolshaya Novodmitrovskaya St., 36 Building 2)
"Gingerbread Man", author of ideas and technologies, director, performer - Ruslan Wolfson
"Gingerbread Man" is a performance that is simultaneously similar to a cartoon and a circus number. Actor of the Puppet Theater. Obraztsova and the Shadow Theater Ruslan Wolfson came up with an unusual, almost unique system for reviving dolls using magnets, and his colleague Kirill Sukhanovsky rhymed a famous text. So a fairy tale familiar from childhood received a new life. There is no search for hidden meanings or an attempt to interpret folk wisdom in a special way. But there is humor, fantasy, a little theatrical discovery and real excitement - to make such a seemingly simple story equally interesting for both kids and adults.
