Here we see a seated figure, presumably a mother, holding an infant in her lap. She is draped in rich blue robes with gold detailing, suggesting status and importance. Her expression is serene, conveying maternal tenderness and perhaps also spiritual contemplation. The child rests comfortably against her, his gaze directed outwards, seemingly engaging the viewer or observing the surrounding figures. Behind them rises a gilded architectural structure, creating an impression of divine enclosure and majesty. Several smaller figures appear within this framework, possibly angels or additional saints, their presence reinforcing the sacred nature of the scene.
