CLOUDS
1
In all modes, equally
He lived and looked at the clouds.
This gaze was significant -
For the clouds are distant,
And go into the distance. Life beneath them is incredibly boring.
So boring!
Look, without dreaming of anything,
And clearly remember – life is one.

The clouds whiten with height,
Covering the sky with gray.
White, almost yellowish clouds.
Whose beard is so great there?
The clouds are wavy, immense,
Countries, seas, continents,
A lair and someones old junk,
Where papers and decks of cards are.
Marble – here are temples and palaces,
Slightly rounded edges.
Everything is in the clouds – look at them,
Theres no need to create a banal poem...

Today they are cast in lead,
They are like dirty bandages.
And what festering sores there are in the sky -
You dont know...
You look... and here comes the brightening -
Like clean snow and white chalk.
A magnificent moment -
And you suddenly become a little wiser.

Sometimes I would stroll,
With a silver cane.
Sometimes, dangling my legs,
I would look at the earthly roads -
From the clouds, I understood them better.
Then I woke up.
From the window -
The clouds piled up towers.
I looked, and suddenly it became scary -
Because I finally understood – life is one.

The subtext of the painting lies in its evocation of the beauty and tranquility of nature during the autumn season. The bright sky and warm colors of the foliage suggest a sense of optimism and richness, even as the season signals an end to summers abundance. The open landscape can be interpreted as symbolizing freedom, vastness, and the interconnectedness of the natural world. The impressionistic style invites the viewer to experience the scene emotionally rather than purely representationally, emphasizing the subjective experience of beauty and the passage of time. It captures a moment of serene contemplation, inviting a pause to appreciate the simple, yet profound, beauty of an autumn day.
