The victory of Veronika Petukhova in the art contest "Earth, Time and People"

The highest award and gold medal of the international competition of artists “Earth, time and people” in the nomination “Abstraction” was won by a talented artist from Novosibirsk.

Veronika Petukhova’s original talent is being developed within the framework of the studio of the regional branch of the Union of Artists of Russia - “Color”, under the guidance of the famous Siberian artist Valery Nesterov. This is not the first time that Veronika Petukhova’s paintings have been selected for international exhibitions and invariably captivate the public and strict jury. Last year, Veronika Petukhova won the exhibition "Spring in Full Color" (New York, Broadway), and this year she exhibited her work at the contest "Earth, Time and People"

Competitive works of artists from different countries were exhibited from February to July 2012 in the American metropolitan gallery - West Park Art Gallery (New York, Manhattan), and were evaluated by the masters of painting, led by Michael Pritimen, a graduate of the New York Academy of Arts, four nominations: “Realism”, “Surrealism”, “Abstraction” and “Impressionism”. By the decision of the jury Veronika Petukhova’s work became the best in the “Abstraction” nomination and she was awarded the gold medal of the winner of the competition.
