Woman Who Matters 2024 Awards Ceremony

On December 12, the Woman Who Matters 2024 award ceremony took place. The award recognizes women’s contribution to the development of society, culture, business and the social environment. The venue for the award was TSUM. This year, more than 80 applications were submitted for the competition, 50 of which were in the open nomination.

All projects are examples of how women can inspire and move society forward; the award highlights the role of women in transforming society and promoting ideas of equality and inclusion. The laureates prove that social responsibility and cultural initiatives can change lives and set a new standard of leadership.

• Popularization and development of women in culture: Lasha Churgulia and the Law Firm "Dukhina and Partners".

• Creation and popularization of films: Valeria Gai Germanika.
• Charitable practices and initiatives: Evgeniya Shokhina.
• Best corporate practices: Natalia Dello, Avon Russia.
• Educational projects: Olga Trubacheva and Zhanna Kan.
• Women’s entrepreneurship: Liliya Dasayeva.
• Products for women - fashion and beauty: Alexander Glushkov.

The VIII Woman Who Matters forum will take place on December 16, 2024 at the Mosfilm Cinema Center and will bring together more than 2,000 participants to discuss key issues of business, leadership and social responsibility.
