"Kinotavr - 2015" this year will be held in Sochi from June 7 to 14. The jury will be directed by the director and producer of the films “Diary of his wife”, “Walk” and “Together” Alexey Uchitel. The jury included screenwriter Nikolai Kulikov, cameraman Yuri Klimenko, producer Natalya Mokritskaya, film critic Pyotr Shepotinnik, director general of the Karo-Premier film company Alexei Ryazantsev, as well as actors Olesya Sudzilovskaya and Andrey Smolyakov.
This year, as well as two years ago, the film of the opening of the film festival will be the work of director Stanislav Govorukhin. Recall that "Kinotavr - 2013" was opened by his criminal detective "Weekend", which then received mixed ratings. But this year, Govorukhin’s drama, “The End of a Beautiful Era,” according to reviews by program director of the film festival Sitora Aliyeva, turned out to be “super-relevant.

Within the framework of the main competition, 14 feature films will be presented to the audience and the jury, including the drama Pioneer Heroes by Natalya Kudryashova, teenage love story 14+ by Andrei Zvyagintsev, Angels of the Revolution Alexei Fedorchenko, The Seagull by Ella Manzheeva.
Also at "Kinotavr - 2015" the most anticipated author’s films will be shown for the first time - the new film "Salvation" by Ivan Vyrypaev, the comedy "About Love" by Anna Melikyan, the tape "Insight" by Alexander Kota and the comedy "Country of Oz" by Vasily Sigarev and many other interesting films.
