Game consoles, computers and unlimited Internet access - a pleasant leisure time has become a real trap for many children! How to avoid dependence on multimedia novelties and how to protect your children from this - we will understand this.

The intensive development of technology inevitably changes our lives and today it is difficult to imagine a modern person without a phone or tablet. On the one hand, this is a step into the future: we can always communicate with loved ones when we go somewhere, we can capture any moment of our life and share it with others. In addition, the presence of this kind of technology allows us to work almost anywhere. But, like any medal, this issue has its other side.

Modern children learn surprisingly quickly, and no one will be surprised if a two-year-old child “digs” with interest in his mother’s smartphone. At the same time, everyone is happy: the mother, because the child is busy and does not distract her from her usual activities and activities, and the baby is captivated by interesting games. After some time, we get a teenager who doesn’t like to communicate with his peers and shows no interest in reality, and a mother who is perplexed: how could this happen to her child, because he was not denied anything.

The reality is that now it is almost impossible to raise a child who is far from high-tech things, and in fact it is not necessary. The problem is that most parents forget that family and children are everyday work that requires constant attention and care towards loved ones. By leaving the upbringing of children to gadgets, one should not be surprised that the child’s ability to empathize in general will subsequently decrease.

Therefore, first of all, do not transfer the functions of a mother or nanny to a computer or phone. In order for a child to develop harmoniously, he needs to be given close attention: read together, do creative work and play. If you see that your child is bored or sad, talk to him, find out what is bothering him.

Organize games for your child with other children, spend more time outside playing outdoor games. This is useful for both physical and mental development, and in childhood, communication with other children is more important than ever! You can also get a pet - a cat, a dog or a hamster, no matter how anyone else will teach a child to care for another creature.

You can play computer games or games on a tablet only for a certain time. It is important to convey this to the child: there is time for games, time for study and rest. At the same time, do not forget about clear examples, otherwise it will be difficult for the child to understand why mom and dad are constantly sitting around playing with phones, but they are not allowed to do this.
