Happy day with fire...

The name refers to the well-known phraseological unit “You can’t find it with fire during the day,” meaning the search for a unique object, a rare, desired artifact. The works of artists Vera Petrovskaya and Timur Musaev-Kagan are large-format canvases with texts in an unknown language, trellis-sized embroideries, “boxes with secrets,” textile sculptures that look like huge soft toys, mysterious ornamental graphics and much more!

The works enter into dialogue with each other through refrains and artistic allusions from the world context. This kind of escapism with cultural roots is like reading a magical fairy tale, diving into deep water or jumping into the unknown in the hope of understanding the nature of things.
