Concert of soloists of the Mariinsky Theater as part of the project "Muses against guns"

Three famous opera singers and soloists of the renowned Academic Mariinsky Theater, three wonderful baritones - Russian, from the legendary hero city of Sevastopol, Honored Artist of Russia Vladimir Samsonov, winner of a rare beauty, Crimean Tatar Edem Umerov and Ukrainian from Donetsk, winner of international competitions Victor Korotich, came together to return to their hometowns on the eve of the Day of Russia and bring them a gift of their bright talent, the eternal values of the great art of Music and the long-awaited M Friendship of the peoples of Russia, Crimea and Ukraine.

Music is the highest ambassador of peace and unity, it has no boundaries and nationality, its language is understood by all the inhabitants of our planet, which is tired of wars and incited hostility. The feuds that are now so intensely trying to sow between the peoples of Ukraine, Russia and Crimea. And therefore, it is very symbolic that it was the Russian Mariinsky Theater that brought together under its historical code the representatives of these three nationalities, who for centuries have been linked by bonds of friendship, fraternal mutual assistance and great cultural traditions.

The concert organized by SPb GBUK Petersburg Concert includes the most famous opera arias of Russian, Ukrainian and European composers, favorite arias from operettas, popular pop and folk songs in their program. Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar and Russian - three singers, sing together on the same stage songs that again connect the peoples of our large country. Songs that disperse nationalist fervor, songs that give the world peace!

The St. Petersburg Symphony Orchestra and conductor Pavel Petrenko will become an expensive musical frame in which the soloists of the legendary Mariinsky Theater sparkle with their talent.
