Workshop on printed graphics as part of the "Night of the Arts"

In the Gallery of Siberian Art on Karl Marx, 23 evening will be devoted to graphics. Visitors will be able to see exhibitions of works by famous graphic artists Alexander Muravyev and Alexander Shipitsyn. At 18. 00 a unique master class in printed graphics will begin.

All comers together with Alexander Shipitsin will be able to take part in the manufacture of prints from printing plates. For the first time, a lithographic printing machine will operate in the gallery. He was taken to the museum specifically for the master class. The machine weighing more than 200 kilograms was made according to the author’s drawings of Alexander Shipitsin in the laboratory of experimental physics at ISU. For art lovers this is a rare opportunity not only to see firsthand the process of making an engraving, but also to make a copy of it. The master class will last two hours - until 20. 00. To participate, you must purchase an entrance ticket to the museum worth 10 rubles for preschoolers, 50 for schoolchildren, 100 rubles for adults.
