Russia will be represented by works by world-class Russian artists, among them the chief architect of Moscow, Sergei Kuznetsov, a representative of the Moscow movement of watercolors, Ilya Ibryaev, as well as Olga Litvinenko, Konstantin Sterkhov, Elena Bazanova, Yuri Lomkov, Sergei Kurbatov and many others.
The program of the art festival includes watercolor workshops, free jams from famous world artists, live communication with authors, a charity auction, a fair of art materials and a lottery with prizes and gifts.
Innovative in its goals and objectives, with new development strategies, presentation of material and a rich cultural program, the festival supports talented artists from all over the world, discovers new names, demonstrates the entire palette of world watercolor art in a single gallery space and contributes to the convergence of art from different countries and the development international cooperation.
