The height of winter is the best time for leisurely reflections on the meaning of life, on the frailty of being and the immortality of the soul. And the most convenient format for this is cozy musical evenings together with the choir "Domestic" named after V. A. Kopaneva. This group is a real healer, capable of healing any heart with good music, putting things in order in the soul and convincing listeners that the inside is much more important than the outside… not only to the Orthodox, but also to the secular tradition, as they revealed the depth and beauty of the poetic word.

On December 10, in the program "On the Spiritual and the Earthly…", the spiritual and secular choral music of Russia of the 19th-20th centuries will meet in the same orbit. The creativity of each composer will be represented by Orthodox prayers and secular compositions: A. Arensky ("Our Father" and "Anchar" at the station of Pushkin), Vik. Kalinnikova ("Quiet Light", "Now Let You Go" and "Autumn", "On the Old Barrow"), P. Chesnokov ("Diligently to the Mother of God" and "Across the River Fast"), A. Grechaninov ("Shout the Lord" and “I’ll go out, or I’ll go out”). The program will be decorated with "Dreams" by A. Borodin and rarely performed spiritual compositions by N. Golovanov ("The Only Begotten Son" and "Our Father"). Spiritual chants will coexist with choral landscapes and Russian folk songs.
