Open acceptance of applications for the award "My Planet - 2018"

The best travel bloggers, photographers and simply active travelers will be able to compete for a prize in the field of the tourism industry. As in the past year, Web users and a star jury will choose the best.

On September 3, My Planet TV Channel announced the start of accepting applications for participation in the annual travel and adventure discovery prize. Photos, videos and reports taken during travels over the past year are accepted for participation. The winners will be determined by a professional star jury. This year, the cult TV presenter and radio host Tutta Larsen, the editor-in-chief of Vokrug Sveta magazine Sergey Apresov, travel photographer Sergey Dolya and journalist Alexander Zheleznyak and others will make difficult choices. The best travel videos of the award participants will be broadcast on My Planet TV channel, and the best photo stories will become participants in the My Planet. Planet of people ”in the summer of 2019.

The organizers of the competition carefully monitor the latest trends in the field of tourism, and over the seven years of its existence, the prize has changed and changed. Therefore, this year it was decided to add a new nomination “Blogger of the Year”. The winners in this category will be the authors of the most interesting travel content on their blog. Moreover, absolutely all formats will be evaluated: text, photos, videos - on Instagram (продукт Meta Platforms Inc., компания признана экстремистской организацией, деятельность на территории РФ запрещена), YouTube, Telegram and other social networks.

Two nominations are prepared for those who professionally talk about their adventures or have a sponsor to implement their creative plans. The winner in the nomination “Travel Video Report” will see his film on the air of “My Planet”. The traveler, who won first place in the nomination “Travel photo essay”, will have the opportunity to present his work at the festival “My Planet. Planet of people ”next summer.

All other members of the My Planet club will be able to take part in the remaining nominations. For the award you can put forward a report, advice to the traveler, as well as travel video.

The three best in each nomination (except for two nominations addressed to travelers who professionally talk about travel or have sponsors for travel) will receive memorable prizes from the partners of the award.

Applications are accepted until October 15th.

Stage I, editorial choice: from October 16 to 26.
