Personal exhibition of Sergei Pisarev. To the anniversary of the author

January 31 at 16.00 in the Gallery of Siberian Art (K. Marx St., 23) will open the exhibition dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the famous Irkutsk artist Sergei Pisarev. The exposition will provide an opportunity to trace almost the entire creative path of the master, starting in 1995 and ending today.

Sergey Yurievich Pisarev is one of the most interesting contemporary painters in Irkutsk. He received his first professional education at the Irkutsk Art College, where Mikhail Danilovich Voronko was his teacher. Since 2001, Sergey Pisarev is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. There are dozens of exhibitions in the artist’s creative baggage, including personal ones. Among the awards - a personal scholarship of the Union of Artists of Russia.

The exhibition brought together dozens of paintings and drawings from the collection of the artist himself and private collections. The main theme of his paintings is the majestic nature of the Baikal region. Sergey Pisarev is the organizer and permanent leader of the project “The Great Baikal Plein Air”, which has been held annually since 2012. The artist is also interested in the indigenous people of Eastern Siberia, whose portraits will also be presented at the exhibition. Visitors will meet with already familiar works, as well as with completely new paintings, which will be presented for the first time to art lovers and connoisseurs.

The exhibition will open on January 31 at 16.00 in the Gallery of Siberian Art (K. Marx St., 23) and will run until February 24. Entrance to the opening is free. Phone for inquiries: 33-43-89.
