Summing up the results of the All-Russian Competition for the design project for the interior decoration of the Church of St. Sava in Belgrade.

On October 6, 2014, at the Russian Academy of Arts, the results of the All-Russian Competition for a design project for the interior decoration of the Church of St. Sava in Belgrade were summed up.

The jury was chaired by the chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, Metropolitan of Montenegro-Primorsky Amfilohij, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Ivica Dacic.

Advisor to the President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Radoslav Pavlovich, proto-architector of the Church of St. Sava Dr. Vojislav Milovanovic, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia Dr. Slavenko Terzic

Bishop Anthony of Moravich, Professor Miroslav Lazovic, Professor Dr. Nenad Milosevic, Director of the Enzio Aleti Center, Dr. Marko Rupnik, President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli, Rector of the Moscow Art Theater named after Surikova Anatoly Lyubavin,

Leading Researcher, Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Arts, Doctor of Art Criticism Irina Buseva-Davydova, Director of the Department of State Support for Art Sofya Apfelbaum and other officials.

It was unanimously decided to accept the proposal of Metropolitan Hilarion to award the first prizes to 2 contestants - projects number 1 (Moscow International Fund for the Promotion of UNESCO) and number 3 (the Wall-painting Workshop at the St. Elizabeth Monastery, Minsk), and not to award prizes 2 and 3.
