Yuri Markovich Butsko (1938-2015) - Russian composer. From 1968 until the end of his life he taught reading scores and instrumentation at the Moscow Conservatory. Author of compositions in various genres, including symphonies, works for the choir and musical and theatrical compositions. In a concert in memory, fragments of his “Polyphonic Concert”, as well as “Visions of the Word Amen” by Olivier Messian, will be heard.
