“In a beautiful and furious world” by Andrei Platonov’s works, many heroes live to the limit of human capabilities. Love, Woman, Happiness - the concepts for them are so high that the real embodiment of a relationship always seems to them insufficient. And in this they blame, first of all, themselves. This is Nikita in the story “The Potudan River” and performed by the artist Anton Timofeev in the staging and staging of the artistic director Vladimir Petrov on the Small Stage of the restored theater. In real, everyday life, maximalism does not lead to good. And the audience will have to see what is happening with the beloved woman of the hero named Love performed by the young actress Brazhnikova Jeanne.

Vladimir Petrov carefully preserved the unique Platonic text, speaking in the play on behalf of the Author. The semi-fantastic atmosphere of the time - the twenties of the twentieth century - is created by the world famous artist Yuri Cooper and lighting designer Elena Drevalyova. The space of the Small Stage, which is not yet known to Voronezh residents, is completely uniquely transformed.
