The concert-lecture “The Birth of the European Post-War Avant-Garde” will present the works of composers who determined the face of European music in the second half of the 20th century. Significant musical trends, sound experiments, new composing techniques, rethinking of the art of the past - all this determines the sound landscape of the post-war musical avant-garde. The concert program will include compositions by P. Boulez, S. Gubaidulina, K. Stockhausen, D. Ligeti, A. Schnittke and L. Berio
