Performance-action "Winter evening with Pushkin"

On November 23, the Impromptu Musical Theater for Children and Youth will host a performance-action “Winter Evening with Pushkin” in which the audience will be able to meet each other, share their poems, and possibly meet friends of interest.

The guests of the evening are waited by an exquisite buffet, lively communication, pleasant acquaintances, a real ball and entertainment in the spirit of the great poet: “Having freed itself from the damp cork, the Bottle slammed; hissing wine; and now with an important bearing, Verse tormented for a long time, Trike gets up; before him the assembly is deeply silent. ” Anyone can demonstrate their poetic works!

The musical and poetic evening “Winter Evening with Pushkin” tells one day in the life of Russia of the 19th century, when the Decembrists began to exile to Siberia. The plot of the play was based on the real story of Maria Nikolaevna Volkonskaya, who shared the fate of her husband. In the Volkonsky salon, a high society is gathering, the Russian intelligentsia, including the great poet Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin.

The evening program includes romances and arias of Russians and poets to the music of the first half of the 19th century by J. Rossini, V. Bellini, G. Donizetti, V. A. Mozart, M. Glinka, A. Varlamov.
