The play "Open the door to angel"

On April 22 at 18:00 in the Irkutsk “Gallery of V. Bronstein”, the performance of the theater of plastic dance by Vladimir Lopaev “PROdvizhenie” will take place. The event will be held as part of the current Exhibition of artist Nikolai Vershinin "Angel in my garden" .

Angels are frequent heroes and characters who inhabit the paintings of Nikolai Vershinin in abundance. They play music, help to paint. The master’s pictorial palette culminates in portraying these messengers of God. The artist is far from a detailed drawing of angels. Sometimes we see only a sketchy, “patchwork” silhouette of a creature with wings, filled with multicolor and radiance of pure, unclouded colors.

The Vladimir Lopaev Dance Theater is a theater that has set as its goal the upbringing of the viewer by touching his own soul. The plastic theater, which refused the words spoken from the stage, chose the language of movement and body plastic as its expressive means. Communication with the public is based on universal associations in the Art Nouveau style. In the format of the exhibition, the actors of the “PROdvizhenie” theater will show the performance “Open the door to an angel”. Once, in a desperate moment of life, when we are, as if between heaven and earth, angels come to us - heavenly messengers, messengers of God who become invisible helpers and guardians, they guide us, helping to make the right choice.

The artist’s creativity and plastic dance will inspire and help each spectator open the door to his angel, to his soul, to the angel.
