Construction as an art object: Muscovites chose images for fencing

There are no barriers to creativity! This was proved by active citizens in the voting "Unofficial language", where they chose paintings that will decorate the building fencing during the reconstruction of some cinemas in Moscow. True creative nature will find a place for art everywhere: in the interior, in jewelry, in clothes and even… in building fences! Large-scale reconstruction of several Moscow cinemas will not spoil the appearance of the capital with gray fences. Each of them will turn into an independent art object with the artist’s light hand, and what exactly will be depicted in these unique works of art was chosen by the townspeople themselves in the project “Active Citizen”. The design of the structures around the Angara cinema attracted almost 44,289 people. Most of them (62.22%) supported the work of “Dreams of a disappeared forest” (Crocodile Power), most often men chose this picture.

The work of Irina Drozd was liked by 48.90% of the 48,282 voters. The pastel colors and touching plot of the work conquered mainly women. Now this image will appear near the Budapest cinema.

One of the paintings of the series “Dreams of a disappeared forest” from the Crocodile Power creative association that has already been described above will decorate a building fence next to the cinema “Kyrgyzstan”. Of the 48,657 active citizens, 56.13% chose her, unlike the previous work of this art team, this option was most interested in women.

45,695 people voted for the Orbita cinema, 46.04% of which liked the work of Olga Krukovskaya. The main fans of the picture were active citizens of both sexes aged 25 to 34 years.

The image for the fence around the Sofia cinema was chosen by 47,233 Muscovites. Almost half of them (49.44%) supported the work of Irina Drozd, and again, the delicate topics of the work were most liked by women, as well as participants under 34 years old.
