A series of graphics and paintings by Serafima Bogdanova “Tarot: the verge of realities” is an exhibition-journey into the depths of the author’s subconscious. The inspiration for the creation of works was the system of images and symbols of the Tarot Arcana. The artist’s characters undergo a path of symbolic transformations, transforming into various creatures that descended from the front of the deck of cards into different realities, where the skies of the world merge with wildlife, geometry of spirit and space.

Being archetypes of the model of human life, the artist’s characters tell about the wandering of the human soul. And passing through the plots of the Arcana, the viewer makes his own journey into the worlds of Tarot, while the wheel of his fate rotates in a single rhythm with the Universe.
