Visual performance "Walk in the dark"

The main source of inspiration for the appearance of this work was the paintings of M. Chagall. Flying is an image that formed the basis of the whole performance. The hero hovers over his own life, experiencing its most emotional moments. The performance is a series of sound pictures that are mixed with visual images, referring to the associative perception of each viewer individually. A lifetime-long walk flies before your eyes. Spectators, along with the heroes, will visit children’s dreams, love, visit a big city, look into secret places of memory and find themselves in the vast expanses of the universe.

About the director:

Irina Kondrashova graduated from the directing magistracy of the Moscow Art Theater School and Center. Sun Meyerhold (workshop of V.V. Fokin), acting department of VGIK (workshop of I.N. Yasulovich).

As a director, she collaborated with the Open Stage project, the Center for Dramaturgy and Director, the Moscow Theater Hermitage, and the Center named after Sun Meyerhold, Oryol State Academic Theater. I. Turgenev, Tver Theater of Young Spectators, Museum to them. A.N. Scriabin.

She took part in the FlareFestival in Manchester with the project “Walk. Member of the residence program Inteatro Festival Academy. Italy. Received the Award of Excellence Los Angeles Movie Awards for the screenplay of the film Soulless People.
