Exhibition by Alexander Korepanov "Tomorrow will be a new day"

On February 4, the exhibition hall of the cultural and exposition complex "Bazhovsky" opens the exhibition of Alexander Korepanov "Tomorrow will be a new day."

Alexander was born and raised in Yekaterinburg. After leaving school, he left for St. Petersburg, where he studied as a rocket engineer at the BSTU "Voenmekh", then returned to his native land and, despite the fact that he began to work in his specialty, he became seriously interested in oil painting, realizing an old dream.

By 2018, for the first time, he collected a good series of genre paintings that reveal the image of the Russian village. Some of the works touched the viewer to tears, which became the most serious incentive to develop further, because the main thing is that the painting has sunk into the heart of the viewer.

The exhibition presents paintings - Russian nature, genre painting, portraits. Many landscapes were painted from nature in our region, there are also views of Mount Ezhovaya, the rocks of 7 brothers, the villages of Raskuikha, Marble, Atig, Upper Seryoga, Bitimka, Sloboda…
