The exhibition "And the shadows of childhood will subside ..."

April 27, 2019 in the gallery "On Kashirka" of the Association "Exhibition Halls of Moscow" opens the anniversary exhibition of Vitaly Patsyukov "And the shadows of childhood will subside…"

“And the shadows of childhood will subside in kisses,” this phrase from B. Pasternak’s poem, the curator and author of many Russian and international projects, Vitaly Patsyukov uses as an image of farewell to childhood and at the same time returning to it as a reference point for the future.

The exhibition examines the presence of a curator, experiencing her childhood on the one hand, and reflecting on the birth of adult forms of artistic consciousness, on the other. The exposition is located in the border zone between the life of the curator and the art that determined his creative evolution.

In this integral model, painting, drawing, photography, video, books, related to the personality of the curator, with his growing up coexist equally.
