The artist Igor Ivanov works in a special authorial manner, using parts from household and electronic equipment to create his works. The artist creates ancient cities and temples of higher races, other dimensions and space stations, where archaic and primitiveness is equipped with advanced technologies, harmonious and full of spiritual self-awareness. The exposition captures the cyclic circles of near-Earth outer space in a kind of chronicles and leads its audience into the world of magical realism.

The individual style of sculptures and assemblage of Ivanov is recognizable and recognized as outstanding in Russia and abroad. The author does not choose easy paths in his work. It takes months and years to collect suitable material for future sculptures (plates, disks, radio circuits, plastic, household appliances, etc.), and the author’s friends and colleagues help in searching for unique elements.
