Exhibition "Art of Nature" by Alexander Cheglakov

The Art of Nature exhibition will be held at the Museum and Exhibition Complex of the Sergey Andriyaka School of Watercolors.

The master, a member of the Creative Union of Russian Artists, will present his extraordinary woodwork. The co-authors of the master were: the world of insects, the sun, wind, snow and rain, thanks to which the wood acquired a peculiar texture and porosity. His works are not created from scratch. The master helps them grow out of a natural form, develop into a certain idea or plot.

Several years ago, inspired by the natural beauty and texture of wood, Alexander created his first work. The impetus was the case. The dry spruce sawn at the site turned out to be hollow. It turned out to be a candlestick with very beautiful curlicues, which still adorns the house. A professional dentist, a person who is not indifferent to environmental problems, has turned his hobby into extraordinary creativity, which has become a serious hobby and has taken an important place in life.

The decorated beauty of the dried tree through the caring hands of the master returns to the person, takes on a second life, creating a unique interior of the places of his new stay. The artist’s toolbox is a chainsaw and a careful look. Oddly enough, but it is the specimens of trunks with malformations of growth and development that have a special expressiveness and originality of forms.

All works by Alexander Cheglakov are correlated with nature and taken from it. Let’s note the creative thinking and volumetric vision of the author. This is, for example, the work "Golden Fleece", where the plot of ancient Greek mythology is conveyed through the structure of a tree, reminiscent of rocks, which the golden-fleece Crius climbed.

This exhibition is a unique opportunity for a while to move from the hectic world of synthetic materials to the leisurely and blessed, healing world of nature.
