Katerina Pepushoy was born in 1983.

Since 2009 participant of exhibitions of the Russian Academy of Arts and the Moscow Union of Artists.

In 2011 was admitted to the Moscow Union of Artists following the results of the 31st youth exhibition, where she was awarded the diploma "For the best work of the Parallel Process" exhibition, signed by V. A. Glukhov, Chairman of the Board

Winner of scholarships of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. One of the 100 scholarship holders of 2015 under the program of support for young cultural and art workers, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2014.

Katerina Pepushoy is a participant in more than a hundred exhibitions in Russia and abroad, reflecting the image of modern Russia in her works, her works were presented in London, Berlin, Prague, Paris, China and Russia. Are in private collections in Russia and Canada.

The exhibition will feature paintings by the author. The main theme of the paintings is the urban landscape, industrial motives. Houses, bridges, courtyards, arches, various architectural variations that build their own spaces of reality, a variety of forms and their compositional solutions, interweaving of planes and faces, contrasts of one above the other.

Industrial motifs, in and of themselves, make it possible to see geometricity, structure, design. They have their own facets, a characteristic rhythm and compositional reading. From intersections and faces an individual dynamics is born, which can either be revealed in part of the composition or immersed in itself, creating its own space of reality.

The project “Fragments of reality” represents the general idea of visualization, from the image to the spot and vice versa, through the prism of forms and objects, from the point of view of geometry.
