Exhibition of masters of Mongolia "Bronze deer"

June 1 at 16.00 in the Gallery of Siberian Art (ul. Karl Marx, 23) exhibition of masters from Mongolia "Bronze deer" opens. The exhibition features the best artwork and leather goods from representatives of the Association of Mongolian skin masters. The exhibition will introduce Irkutsk residents to the peculiar and original art of the Mongolian people.

The Bronze Deer Art Association, created by young professional artists and leather masters, has a great goal - to continue and develop the best traditions of national art, introduce new techniques and technologies not only in works of art, but also in the cultivation and processing of leather and leather products.

The exhibition presents the work of young artists. Many of them graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts of Mongolia, specializing in artistic processing of leather, arts and crafts and design. Almost all authors are members of the Union of Artists of Mongolia. Each year, representatives of the Art Association of Mongolian Skin Artists organize an exhibition of their new works in Mongolia, and the audience’s feedback provides a huge incentive for their further mastery. In Irkutsk, their work will be presented for the first time.
