Valeria Loshak is a St. Petersburg artist who creates paintings and art objects using an unusual felting technique, member of the Union of Artists of Russia and the St. Petersburg Union of Designers, winner of the Youth Prize of the Government of St. Petersburg in the field of culture and art for 2015, twice winner of a scholarship from the Russian Ministry of Culture. Today her works are in Russian and foreign private collections. Grand Hotel Hôtel Negresco (Nice, France) constantly exhibits her decorative panel, Roses. Valeria’s works are marked by many awards, among which gold diplomas of the Biennale of Modern Design “Modulor 2014” stand out for first place in the nomination “Modulor for Children” and “Modulor 2015” for the first place in the nomination “Art Design”. Among other things, Valeria is known as the creator of the world’s largest felt boots, which is listed in the “Book of Records of Russia” and in the “Guinness Book of Records”.
