Exhibition "Masterpieces from Private Collections. Art of the Silver Age"

The exhibition is a joint project of the museum and the International Confederation of Antiquaries and Art Dealers (ICKAAD). It is the largest organization that has existed since 2004 and unites more than fifty competent galleries that have proven themselves in the Russian art market. It is known that collectors rarely part with their masterpieces, which is why the opportunity to acquaint the Kaluga audience with objects of fine art of high artistic value becomes more valuable.

Viewers will be presented with about 30 works from private collections created by outstanding masters of the Silver Age, including paintings by I.E. Repin, M.V. Nesterov, S. Yu. Sudeikin, S. Yu. Zhukovsky, graphics by A. N. Benois, M. V. Dobuzhinsky, V. E. Borisov-Musatov, as well as sculpture and works of arts and crafts.
