Exhibition of women artists BOSSOM / LONO

On December 25, 2021, on the eve of the new year, the BOSSOM / LONO exhibition was held on the Russian art scene, bringing together talented women artists. The project symbolizes peace, security and love in the disturbing and unstable environment of modern realities.

It doesn’t matter what country we live in, what nationality, religion or culture we belong to. Our skin color, family and financial background, education and economic situation do not matter. Our professions, hobbies, talents and abilities do not really matter. All of us - women from different countries of the world - are united by one thing: the ability to give new life, to give love and pleasure.

A person can revive calmness and harmony within himself only by remembering his roots, his true nature. The BOSSOM / LONO project proposes to achieve this effect using the language of contemporary art.

The exhibition, which took place at the modern museum site in Moscow - POP UP MUSEUM, was attended by artists from all over the world: Alina Shimova, Lyubov Nikitina, Elena Sholokhova, Elena Ksanti, Julia Dogan, Leonor Anthony, Mr. Viben, Anisia Vishnevskaya, Elena Ostraya, Kristina Trubitsyna, Ksenia Shevchenko, Marina Dedyukhina, Maria Bak, Maria Bogacheva, Natalia Voroshilova, Natalia Orlova, Yulia Mamontova, Natalia Syuzeva, Anna Godovalnikova and a special guest of the project - graphic artist, People’s Artist of Russia leading actress of the theater. Ermolova - Svetlana Golovina. The main "creative impulse" of the entire exposition was set by an American curator with an international reputation, Leonor Anthony: an activist artist, a prominent representative of the feminist art movement, founder of Simons Gallery (Miami, USA),participant of the Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art, regular participant of the Art Miami fair.

Previously, the installation Leonor Anthony has already been presented in the PUBLIC ART format in the USA, and symbolizes the unity of women from all over the world.

The exhibition runs from December 26, 2021 to February 26, 2022.
