Anastasia Yablokova, was born and raised in St. Petersburg (Russia). From early childhood, drawing was her favorite pastime. She graduated, studying the history of art and culture at St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts, and also received a design diploma from the ArtFuture Russian School of Design in St. Petersburg.

Since 2006, Anastasia has been a student of magnificent, professional masters of painting. Received the skills of a painter in training plein air courses in Russia and Montenegro. I learned the secrets of the great masters of the past, copying their magnificent masterpieces.

Since 2009, the artist lives and works in Dubai (UAE), periodically traveling to open air in various beautiful corners of our planet. Until 2012, Anastasia works mainly in the style of realism. In the future, fantasy scenes appear in her work and a special, decorative style of painting develops, forming her own, individual style of the artist.

The exhibition activity of Anastasia begins in the UAE. The artist becomes a participant in group exhibitions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, presents collections of her works at individual exhibitions, and also successfully participates in art weeks and becomes a winner at international art competitions in Russia and abroad.

Anastasia is a member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia. Her paintings are in private collections in Russia, America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

“Life in the United Arab Emirates, and especially the climatic conditions of this region, greatly influenced my work. More bright, sunny colors appear in the paintings. I began to get involved in national ornament and widely use it in my work. Fairytale, fantasy plots are born in the Soul, which influenced the creation of the collection of paintings that I present at the exhibition “Energy of the Sun”. The name of the exhibition was born for a reason. All the paintings are very different, but they are united by a common style of creation and incredible solar energy, under the magical effect of which these canvases were born ”- Anastasia Yablokova.
