The painting by Kiprensky, Girl with a Poppy Wreath and a Carnation in Her Hand, is amazing! The artist painted it so beautifully! Its good that Im studying art history; otherwise, I wouldnt know who Kiprensky is or what this painting is. ❯❯❯
Thank you for the publication. Many more unknown paintings by Kiprensky are stored abroad, outside of Russia. Its a pity that there is no information about the painting: dimensions, material, technique, provenance. I would be glad if you could provide this ❯❯❯
This portrait is not listed in the GRM catalog from 1980. The authorship is questionable; the way the hand is painted is poorly executed, which is unacceptable for Kiprensky. ❯❯❯
