METAPHYSICS OF LIFE
The past cannot be altered by the future.
With the metaphysics of being,
We, as humans, ought to praise
Heaven.
My life swings.
It seems to swing over an abyss
Of emptiness – work, home, and sleep.
Squeezed into this iron catalog,
Doomed to misunderstanding.
I walk through a courtyard where Byzantium
Creates its garden in autumn.
The poplars are beautifully golden,
And globally, the sky is quiet above.
He who knows can move faster,
Perhaps by accepting spiritual growth
As the idea of all ideas – an idea
That often creates a bridge to the stars.
What has been done can hardly be undone –
Rules have been given. But how far
Can one follow them, as much as
The horizontal allows? Their regime is complex.
Cultivate vertical thinking,
Trust the depths as much as you can,
But no, not at all to moods – to gestures,
Gestures that cancel paradise.
