This painting was created by some guy! I dont like this painting!
I really like it... it expresses the essence of a sisters love for her brother!
These are both girls!
The teacher is completely crazy, and the author isnt very good either! And its about two girls. Almost everyone in our class of 12 students wrote almost the same essay!
I also really like this painting; its very vibrant, and the artist uses a lot of bright, saturated colors.
And by the way, these are both girls. And if you need proof, take a close look at which one of these perverts would dress a boy (even a little one) in a pink sweater???!!! ))) =)
Are those two girls? Somethings off; the second one looks a bit overweight.
Shes still very young!
A normal picture! I really like it. You can learn to draw like that too!
The painting is great... I really like it, especially how the artist captured the approaching storm (the leaden-gray clouds, thunder, strong wind, etc.). If you look closely, you can see two girls. But I need help; Im not good at describing landscapes or portraying the childrens emotions.
Heres what I managed to write:
In the painting by K. E. Makovsky, peasant children are depicted running away from a thunderstorm.
The artist portrays the approaching storm. Lead-gray clouds gather in the sky, and loud thunder is heard. The grass sways due to gusts of wind. A small river reflects the agitated sky. In the background, theres a wide meadow and a misty forest. The heavy, humid air is filled with the premonition of an approaching storm.
The older girl looks intently at the sky, hoping they will reach home before the storm breaks. The younger sister seems unafraid or unconcerned.
The girls have upturned noses, large gray eyes, plump cheeks, and tousled hair on their rosy faces. A basket with mushrooms and berries is tied to the older sisters calico dress, indicating that they are returning from the forest. The younger girl sits on her back, holding tightly onto her neck. The barefoot girls hurry home.
I really liked this painting for its naturalness. The artist skillfully conveys the approaching storm and the landscape of nature.
I recently saw the same painting in Poltava. Is it an authors copy? Who knows?
I like all of Makovskys paintings, but this one is especially good!
I have a huge book, like 390 pages, its awesome! I use it to write all my essays. Makovsky has really great paintings; I know, Im an artist myself and will be graduating soon. So, yeah, I understand art pretty well too :)))
The teacher assigned us to write an essay about a painting by Konstantin Makovsky, but Im completely blank. Help me write it!

Its not entirely clear whether these are two sisters or a brother and sister. We were told to write down what we think is the case.
Two sisters =). I cant [translate it], but I like it.
Write the essay yourself!
Before us is a work by the famous Russian painter Konstantin Yegorovich Makovsky. In his work, the artist turned to a wide variety of themes. We can find portraits, genre paintings, and depictions of historical events in his oeuvre. But, in my opinion, the canvases depicting natural phenomena and events from everyday life, as well as ordinary people, are particularly captivating. One such example is Children Running Away From a Storm, which combines a sketch of nature with an image of rural children, reflecting human feelings and emotions. When looking at this work, its as if you witness the events leading up to the moment captured, and you begin to empathize with its characters, feeling as though you are together with them on this meadow during a storm.
In the painting, we see a rural landscape that is striking for its realism. There is an abundance of meadow grasses, a forest visible in the distance, a shallow river flowing through dense vegetation, and a thin, fragile bridge spanning this river. On the bridge stands a village girl. She is barefoot, wearing a light dress. The wind has tousled her hair. We can see that she is not yet fully grown, but she is carrying a younger brother on her shoulders, hurrying to find shelter for herself and protect him from the approaching storm.
It seems the children were gathering mushrooms or berries in the forest – the girl is holding a basket. Perhaps they were already heading home when a storm caught them on their way. Its likely that the village is still far away, and there is no nearby shelter where they can hide and wait out the downpour.
And the storm is drawing closer. The sky is covered with dark storm clouds from which rain is about to fall. And it promises to be a heavy rain: there are no breaks in the sky, not even a single ray of sunshine. A cold wind bends the grass and penetrates through their light clothing. The girl looks at the sky with apprehension – perhaps she has seen flashes of lightning or heard the rumble of thunder. There is anxiety in her eyes. Itt scary and dangerous to be in an open field during a storm. However, she is more worried about her younger brother, for whom she is responsible. The boy is very small. He is even more frightened by the approaching flashes and the frightening sounds of thunder. Perhaps he doesnt yet know what a storm is or how dangerous it can be. But he is very scared. Because everything has become so dark, and the black storm clouds are hanging so low! They need to get home as soon as possible. But he feels: his sister will save him. He hugs her tightly with his tiny hands and presses himself against his sister with all of his small body.
The artist emphasizes the tension of the plot through a skillful selection of gloomy, saturated dark colors that create an anxious atmosphere, conveying the danger of the situation in which these two children find themselves. The impression is enhanced by the fact that the painting seems to be filled with movement – the movement of the elements and the movement of the children striving to escape the storm, trying to outrun it.
This is the impression that K. E. Makovskys painting left on me. And I believe that his work rightfully occupies a worthy place among the great Russian masters of art.
Im looking for an essay that isnt available online, so we dont end up with the same ones in class. Do you have any suggestions? Please help!

Interesting...
I liked it. Maybe some people dont understand the meaning behind the different paintings yet. And by the way, you actually have to write the essay yourself – that develops your thinking and vocabulary, which will be very useful later on.
P. S.
Yo.
I liked this painting and its description.
Hey, can anyone help me out?
A stupid picture :D
We need to write an essay, and its a nightmare! I just dont know what to write about when given specific words or topics.
The teacher is a beast... Its a terrible painting. I dont even know what to write...
I didnt do anything, our teacher isnt even checking the essays. I copied it from the internet and she gave me a D+! )))
The painting is good; one needs to read books in order to write an essay.
Where are the essays?
The painting is amazing! *_* Its a pity about the children (((
The painting is good, even very good! Why dont you try drawing something better yourself? Draw some rubbish, and this painting is magnificent!
Thank you very much for the compositions.
Its shocking to see the profound ignorance and complete lack of literacy among todays schoolchildren! What is this country coming to!?
The little children are very pitiful.
The painting by K. E. Makovsky depicts peasant children running away from a thunderstorm.
The artist portrays the approaching storm. Lead-gray clouds gather in the sky, and loud thunder rumbles. The grass sways due to gusts of wind. A small river reflects the turbulent sky. In the background, there is a wide meadow and a hazy forest. In the heavy, humid air, a sense of foreboding hangs over everything.
The older girl looks intently at the sky; she hopes they will reach home before the storm breaks. The younger sister seems unconcerned.
The girls have snub noses, large gray eyes, plump cheeks, and tousled hair on their rosy Russian faces. A basket with mushrooms and berries is tied to the older sisters calico dress, indicating that they are returning from the forest. The younger girl sits on her back, holding onto her neck tightly. The barefoot girls hurry home.
I really liked this painting for its naturalness. The artist masterfully conveys the approaching storm and the landscape of nature.
Generally speaking, it is not written at all.
I really liked the painting by the famous Russian painter Konstantin Yegorovich Makovsky. This artwork conveys the feelings that rural children experience. The painting features many bright, yet somewhat muted colors, which capture all the beauty!
I really liked this painting because of its simplicity and naturalness, the variety of shades, and the artists skill. (This is what I wrote in my essay.)
Thank you all very much for your help!
The painting is okay. We need to write an essay. We are studying using the Lvov textbook. The teacher said we should write essays at home. Its hard, nothing seems to stick in my head.

Makovsky K. E. – Children Running Away from the Thunderstorm (Fragment)
You are looking at a beautiful painting by Konstantin Makovsky called Children Running Away from the Thunderstorm. It is truly a masterpiece of Russian realistic art. The scene depicted in the painting is captivating, even though the plot is quite simple. A little girl and her younger brother were picking mushrooms in the forest, when suddenly it became dark, storm clouds gathered overhead, the wind picked up, and the air smelled of rain. Frightened by the approaching storm, the children ran as fast as they could towards home. But it was hard for the little boy to run, so the girl put him on her back. We see the frightened face of a fair-haired boy. His gaze is directed straight at us, and his chubby cheeks seem to hold a question: will they make it home in time?
The girls face is truly beautiful: her beautiful eyes with a delicate veil, her soft lips, and her fine features all attract our attention and linger on the lovely face of the little girl. Notice that the girls face is relatively calm; perhaps she has run away from approaching storms like this before. Her face shows concern, but also confidence that they will reach home safely.
The depiction of nature and the pre-storm sky is magnificent, and you can almost feel a light cool breeze on your face and smell the grass.
Pay special attention to the girls right leg. It looks tanned and weathered. You can imagine how these legs walked on the ground, through the grass and over stones. The childrens delicate skin of the legs has become rough and cracked from long journeys through difficult terrain. What a striking contrast with the gentle face of the little girl.
Take your time and carefully examine this masterpiece by Konstantin Yegorovich Makovsky.
The essays are great!
These are two sisters.
this is a brother on the back
It seems like essay number 23 from January 01, 2012. The author is unknown. I think Ive seen this somewhere before.
a cool picture =)
I need a description!
This is mentioned in all the books – they are two sisters.
All the more so because she was wearing a cotton dress.
Im selling a copy.
The gentle care of an older sister and how much anxiety is in her eyes!
And we were assigned this piece of work.
A masterpiece.

This. Boy. IDIOTS!!!
A beautiful painting. Its written so accurately! It reminds me of my childhood; me and my older sister running out of the forest during a thunderstorm, with her carrying me on her back. Closer to home, by the pond, she slipped, and we both fell into a muddy puddle. We were so dirty when we got home!
Its a beautiful painting, very lovely. And I believe that his work rightfully deserves a prominent place among the great Russian masters of artistic expression.
The teacher told us that it was a girl behind us.
Its so-so, okay?
The painting is normal, and there are two girls in the painting! If anyone doesnt know, it looks like this.
(Normally)
In the foreground of Konstantin Makovskys painting Children Running from a Storm, we see dark waters of a narrow stream, across which a girl is running on a bridge, carrying her little brother on her back. Behind the children, stretching towards the horizon, is a dense forest where they had gone to gather mushrooms. The rickety bridge bends slightly under the girls feet. A fair-haired boy timidly clutches his sister around the neck with his hands.
She supports him by the legs, pressing him against her, preventing her brother from falling. Fear is reflected in the childrens eyes. The girl cautiously looks at the approaching storm. The wind tousles her light hair and scarf. Just a little more, and the downpour will begin.
Through the landscape, with its overall dark color scheme, the artist Konstantin Makovsky shows not only the weather conditions in which the children running from the storm find themselves but also emphasizes their feelings and fear. However, the grass bending in the wind, the gloomy gray sky covered with clouds, give way to blue patches and a bright spot of a wheat field on the horizon. In this way, the artist shows that the bad weather is temporary, and joyful things await the young heroes of the painting ahead.
Thank you for the essay.

Well... I dont really like it.
Please write an essay describing the painting as soon as possible!
Please help me describe the nature and the river with a bridge.
In my opinion, you could write endlessly about this painting. Its a remarkable piece of art. You know, I dont think our schoolchildren would understand it...
Thank you for the essay.
We were asked to write a story.
Okay, here I am again, as always. Im number 99. Boys and girls, how do you send a photo?
Thank you very much; this is a very rich composition because it contains many words.
A very good painting.

Where can I sell it?
A cool picture, I have nothing to say, and thanks for the essay.
I liked this picture. We were asked to write an essay about it.
Have you ever tried writing an essay using your own brain?
People were assigned an essay to write about Makovskys painting Children Running Away from a Storm! I only completed 3/4 of it for the first quarter, but hopefully I can improve it now. Im going to start writing it now!
Actually, the sweater is orange, and in different photos, their colors appear different.
The painting is simply delightful!
I really liked the painting. And theres a girl on the back of the girl! It turns out we were assigned to write an essay about this painting!
You cannot comment Why?
The subtext of the painting centers on themes of childhood innocence, responsibility, and resilience in the face of adversity. The older girl, despite her likely young age, shoulders the burden of protecting her sibling, highlighting a premature sense of duty. The approaching storm serves as a metaphor for lifes challenges and hardships. The dark, ominous sky and the precariousness of their path emphasize the vulnerability of the children. Yet, the determined gaze of the older girl and her steady movement forward convey a sense of hope and courage. The scene evokes empathy and admiration for the strength found in young individuals when faced with difficult circumstances.
