A scene from my childhood. There was a painting like this hanging in my grandmothers house above the table. I have loved it since I was a child. Its lovely.
Italian midday is a wonderful subject for painting. I need an intriguing story about this artwork, similar to the one found on this page http://topainters.com/russian-paintings/238-karl-bryullov-vitalian-middayv.html, but with more detail.
or Italian morning
I also have a memory of a painting from my childhood; we had it hanging in the living room, and then my mother gave it to her daughter-in-law, and that was the last I saw of it... Its too bad.
Its a shame that the great artists are not being studied now, and that young people are not being instilled with a love for beauty. And how much our meager post-war life was enriched by the opportunity to see these paintings! I really love Bryullov! Thank you very much!
It reminds me of my childhood; there was a similar painting in our house, and I always thought it belonged to my aunt because it looked like her.
Could you please tell me how much this painting costs?
- Capsules for wine are a brilliant idea!

She wears a simple, off-the-shoulder white blouse, revealing her décolletage, and a vibrant red fabric is draped over her shoulder and tucked into a woven basket at her side, adding a splash of rich color to the scene. Her dark hair is casually styled, and she wears ornate earrings that catch the light. The background is dominated by lush green foliage, characteristic of a Mediterranean vineyard, with a rustic wooden structure partly visible.
The painting exudes a sense of natural beauty, sensuality, and idyllic abundance. The Italian Noon title itself evokes a feeling of leisure, warmth, and the peak of fertility and ripeness, mirroring the subject of the painting. The subtext might explore themes of youth, desire, and the simple pleasures of life, symbolized by the act of harvesting sweet, sun-ripened fruit. The painting also captures a timeless beauty and a connection to nature, often associated with idealized depictions of rural Italian life. The womans relaxed posture and joyful expression suggest a moment of pure contentment and a celebration of the bounty of the earth.
