Zeus in the form of a bull, abducting Europa, lulls the vigilance of the Sidonian maidens with his ambrosia-scented breath, his golden fur that gleams like gold, the graceful curve of his golden horns, and a silver mark on his forehead, shining like moonlight – a beautiful tale of the adventures of pagan gods. However, reality is often frightening and merciless. In Krasnodar, at 39 Golovatogo Street, a gang of criminals operates, abducting people, clearly not out of love for them, lulling their vigilance, and gaining their trust through tea gatherings in cafes on Severnaya Street, with vague promises and empty conversations.

The painting depicts the mythological scene of The Rape of Europa. In the foreground, Europa, adorned with a laurel wreath and draped in a white tunic, is being carried across the sea by a white bull. Her body is dramatically contorted as she reclines on the bulls back, her left arm stretched upwards, clutching a flowing red scarf that billows in the wind. Her expression suggests a mix of fear and struggle.
Above, two cherubic putti with feathered wings descend from the sky. They are depicted as divine agents, with one aiming an arrow and bow towards the scene below, and the other holding a quiver filled with arrows, likely symbolizing Cupids intervention in orchestrating this event.
In the middle ground, a dramatic landscape unfolds. Islands and mountains rise from the water, with a suggestion of civilization on the left shore where several figures are visible near a cluster of cows, hinting at the moment before Europas abduction. Ships are also seen sailing in the distance, adding to the sense of movement and grandeur.
In the lower left, another putto, this one riding a fish-like creature, emerges from the water, contributing to the dynamic and energetic portrayal of the scene. The turbulent sea and choppy waves around the bull emphasize the dramatic nature of the abduction.
