Valentin Serov’s famous work, Girl with Peaches, was painted in the summer of 1887. The heroine of the portrait is the daughter of the famous businessman and patron of the arts Savva Mamontov - Vera. The girl was only 12 years old when the master undertook to paint her portrait. The work was not easy for him, and in order to complete the painting, it took him three months. But the picture itself, you can’t tell that: it’s so saturated with lightness, airiness and light, that it seems to have been created in one breath. Verochka seems to be sitting motionless, looking intently at the viewer.
Description of Valentin Serov’s painting "Girl with Peaches"
Valentin Serov’s famous work, Girl with Peaches, was painted in the summer of 1887. The heroine of the portrait is the daughter of the famous businessman and patron of the arts Savva Mamontov - Vera. The girl was only 12 years old when the master undertook to paint her portrait.
The work was not easy for him, and in order to complete the painting, it took him three months. But the picture itself, you can’t tell that: it’s so saturated with lightness, airiness and light, that it seems to have been created in one breath.
Verochka seems to be sitting motionless, looking intently at the viewer. But her swarthy face, which showed a blush, dark disheveled hair, you can tell that a few minutes ago the girl frolics in the sun-drenched garden. In a moment, and she would take off, like a butterfly from a flower, back into the garden to play with the children. And it was this very moment that the talented artist captured.
What else can the picture tell us? If you look closely, you can see that the tablecloth is rolled up and neatly stacked so that its edges are not hanging off the table. This was usually done in homes where there were small children so that they could not pull the end of the tablecloth and overturn anything placed on the table. This is the kind of lapel that has peaches, a knife, and a couple of maple leaves on it. Apparently, the peaches were just brought here by Vera to treat her playmates, or maybe her little brother or sister. That’s probably why she needs the knife: to cut the peach and get the pit out of it. And the leaves are improvised plates for the fruit halves.
If you look closely into the girl’s eyes, you can see that she has a mysterious look, there is even something gypsy in it. Vera is charming and spontaneous, you can feel in her appearance that she is a real charmer among children. And now she has found an extra minute to grab a treat for everyone from the winter cafeteria. Her face beams with happiness, and everything around her is as radiant. This is why the picture seems so harmonious and vital. Thanks to the techniques borrowed from Impressionism, V. Serov managed to inimitably convey the play of sunlight, its richness, and even what is difficult to actually paint - the airiness and transience of the moment. "Girl with Peaches" gives the viewer a feeling of joy and happiness.

лукавый взгляд девочки больше всего привлекает в картине )))
Бант словно бабочка готов вот-вот улететь.
Мне нравится эта картина, но не знаю почему!!!! :)))
Великолепная картина! Так всё прорисовано... :)
Заставляет задуматься
The girl is disheveled, having just run in from the street, but shes been made to sit and pose for a picture. Shes unhappy; she wants to go back outside and play with the other children.
Прикольно)
All the colors in the painting are very delicate; Serov probably wanted to convey that the girl is still very young and as gentle as a flower.
The painting Girl with Peaches depicts the daughter of Savva Mamontov, Vera Mamontova. She is wearing a pink sweater with an elegant black bow. The viewers gaze is immediately drawn to her. The tanned girl stares intently ahead. She has large dark eyes, slightly tousled hair, and clearly defined eyebrows. One might think that the girl is up to some mischief. Veras complexion resembles the color of a peach. She holds one peach in her hand, as if about to eat it. The girls posture conveys a sense of impatience.
The entire painting is bathed in sunlight, creating an impression that only the frame prevents it from spilling out. The light floods the entire room, playing with colorful reflections on the wall, on the furniture, on the candlestick visible on the right, and on the silver knife lying on the snow-white tablecloth. Through the window, we see that it is early autumn outside, as evidenced by the yellow leaves lying on the table. The door, open to another room, gives us a sense of unlimited space. The entire painting is filled with white light, which gives it purity, freshness, and tranquility.

In V. A. Serovs painting Girl with Peaches, the subject is Vera Mamontova, daughter of Savva Mamontov. She is wearing a pink sweater with a large black bow attached to it. The girl has big dark eyes, slightly tousled hair, and raised eyebrows. Veras complexion is tanned, resembling the color of peaches. Her posture conveys a sense of impatience.

I want to talk about the painting Girl with Peaches by Valentin Aleksandrovich Serov. It was painted in 1887 in the village of Abramtsevo, which belonged to Savva Ivanovich Mamontov. His twelve-year-old daughter is depicted in the painting. Currently, this canvas hangs in the State Tretyakov Gallery.
Veronika Mamontova is sitting in a beautiful pink blouse with a black bow. She has a tanned face and rosy cheeks, like ripe apples. The girl looks at us with a thoughtful gaze, as if dreaming about something. And her slightly curved lips emphasize this. Varusyas hair is disheveled; she probably just came from the garden and was offered some peaches. She paused for only a moment to allow the artist to paint the picture.

Картина ржач но красивая
Valentine Serov received his initial artistic education under the guidance of I. E. Repin. He studied with him in a manner reminiscent of how artists of the Renaissance once learned, working alongside the master – often on the same model. I. E. Repin imparted to the young student his love for life and his passion for painting, which resonated deeply within him. Later in his life, Valentine Serov attended the Imperial Academy of Arts, with its Chistyakov system of teaching, which combined the best traditions of the academic school with a new, realistic perception and depiction of nature. His education culminated in an immersion in classical art through visits to European museums, which he frequented as a child while living with his mother in Paris and Munich.
In 1885 – 1887, he viewed these museums as an adult, with a professional understanding of painting. Enthralled by Venice, Valentine Serov nevertheless wrote to his bride in one of his letters: Everyone is writing about heavy things these days; nothing uplifting. I want, I want something heartwarming, and I will only paint what uplifts. This uplifting work of art, a testament to the young artists happiness and bright perception of the world, is Portrait of V. S. Mamontova. The young artist painted it in the summer of, 1887, in Abramtsevo, at the estate of the famous patron Sergei Ivanovich Mamontov, which he visited after Italy.
Valentine Serov lived in Abramtsevo as if it were his own home; he was almost a member of the Mamontov family. He was known and loved here since his earliest years; he lived here a carefree and joyful life. And this time, too, he could not leave quickly, although he longed to visit his relatives. The artist eagerly gazed at the familiar landscapes. Often, he would slip away alone in the morning, even before breakfast. He would walk – and then stop for a long time at the sight of a sunbeam falling on a flower, or at the sight of a shadow cast upon the grass from a cloud. He would observe how the air changed during inclement weather, how its properties were transformed when permeated by light, how its darkness shifted, and what shades the nearby shadows took...
One thought gradually and completely possessed the artist: To paint as I see it, forgetting everything I was taught. And of course, to paint a portrait, not a landscape. But adults did not have time to pose. The Mamontov boys had also grown up; they had become young men – restless and talkative. They could not be made to sit still... It happened that V. Serov often encountered the grown-up Vera Mamontova, whom he had known since her birth. She, too, had transformed into a cheerful, independent person, charming in her youthful freshness. She still loved to play pranks, tease her friend – the artist, and enjoyed riding with him or boating; and V. Serov often spoke of painting her portrait. That lovely teenager was so full of color: bright lips, dark hair, dark eyes as deep as ripe currants with bluish whites. And her skin was soft, still slightly downy like a childs, and now, under the summer tan, it was completely peach-colored...
And V. Serov, whom everyone in Abramtsevo called Anton, began to persuade Vera: Come on, sit for a while, please. I will paint such a portrait that you wont recognize yourself. You will be a beauty! And she, playfully and mischievously capricious, replied: But you will torture me... It is boring to sit still, it is summer... Here, in Abramtsevo, V. Serov painted one of the youngest portraits in Russian painting. Not only because it depicts a 12-year-old girl and because the artist who painted her was young. The main thing was that Vera Mamontovas childhood happiness and innocence coincided with the happiness of the artist himself. He worked every day for about three months, but his torments of creation are not visible to the viewer; it seems as if the painting was created in a single burst of happy inspiration. Surely there is no person who does not know this work of art.
The portrait of V. Mamontova became something much more than just a study from nature; it is no wonder that the title Girl with Peaches has become firmly associated with it. It was truly a painting, not just a portrait, as the canvas transcended all notions of what a portrait should be. Everyone remembers, writes art historian V. Smirnova-Rakhitina, the corner of a large room flooded with silvery daylight: in front of a table sits a swarthy, dark-haired girl in a pink dress with black polka dots on a white ribbon. In the girls hands is a peach, as swarthy and pink as her face. On a dazzlingly white tablecloth lie wilting maple leaves, peaches, and a silver knife. Outside the window, it is a bright summer day; branches of trees reach towards the glass, and sunlight filtering through their foliage illuminates the quiet room, the girl, and the antique mahogany furniture...
The portrait of Vera Mamontova captivates the viewer with its extraordinary sense of life and the perfection of the artistic image. This work by the young artist amazed many of his contemporaries with the freshness of the light, radiant color palette, the subtle rendering of light and air. Sergei Ivanovich Mamontov and all those who visited Abramtsevo were simply astonished by the painting. Konstantin Korovin also nodded in admiration, deeply moved by Valentine Serovs masterful use of color. Everything in this painting is natural and unforced; each detail is connected to another, and together they create a complete work of art.
The charm of a girls face, the poetry of a life-affirming image, the color-rich painting – all were new in this work. It is no wonder that perceptive critics recognized that in the face of the 22-year-old artist, Russian painting had gained a master of European stature. In this small painting, which retains all the charm and freshness of an étude, two tendencies, two forces, have been organically combined, forming a single form of artistic vision.
Every detail in Girl with Peaches is in its place; the winter dining room chairs, the candlesticks on the window, even the figurine of a toy soldier in the depths of the room – a porcelain plate on the wall, and a garden in the days of late summer outside the window. Nothing can be removed or moved without disrupting the inner balance of the entire canvas. Everything seems so simple and natural, but how much depth and wholeness are there in this simplicity! How in all these coincidences does the unique joy of life shine through!
With utmost expressiveness, V. Serov captured the light pouring in like a silvery stream from the window, filling the room. This light shines on the wall and on the porcelain plate, reflects in glints from the backs of the chairs, gently falls on the tablecloth, and slides over the girls face and hands. And the white color of the tablecloth, the white color of the wall, the white color of the plate – suddenly they are completely different, and the shadows fall on them in different ways, as do the green reflections from the foliage and the pinkish hues of the dress.
The girl is sitting at the table and doing nothing; she seems to have just paused for a moment, машинально taking a peach into her hands and holding it, looking at you simply and frankly. But this peace is only fleeting, and through it shines a passion for lively movement. Even the bow, like a butterfly, seems ready to fly away at any moment. And the girl herself looks like a butterfly: she flitted into the house for a moment with the sun and warm wind, sat down on the edge of a chair, illuminating the room with her smile, and is about to fly back – outdoors, where a summer day is in full swing. And even in the room itself, everything seems to want to break the silence and tranquility. The table has run away into the depths, attracting the viewers gaze. Sonorous rays of sunlight are pouring in, bringing with them the scent of the garden; the door to an adjacent room is open... That is all that Valentine Serov depicted in his painting. And yet, it is a whole novel about the people who own the house, the garden, all these things; it is a story about the girl, a рассказ about her character, about her experiences – pure, clear, and youthful.
The artist was not interested in the heroines internal world for its complex contradictions or profound psychological nuances, but rather for its natural simplicity and purity of heart. In her soft, yet intelligent and energetic face, V. Serov foresaw a glimpse into the future. Perhaps without even realizing it, the artist told in this painting everything he knew about the Mamontovs; he showed everything that he loved about them – in their family and in their home. The painting Girl with Peaches remained in Abramtsevo for a long time, in the very room where it was painted. Later it was transferred to the Tretyakov Gallery, but a copy of this work is still displayed in Abramtsevo today.

All the colors in the painting are very delicate; Serov probably wanted to convey that the girl is still very young and tender, like a flower.

A dark-skinned girl with black hair wears a pink sweater and a black bow with white polka dots. In her hands, she holds a peach, the same dusky-pink color as her face. The portrait of Verochka Mamontova captivates the viewer with its extraordinary vitality and perfection of artistic expression. This work by the young artist amazed many contemporaries with its fresh, light, and radiant colors, as well as its subtle rendering of light and air. Savva Ivanovich Mamontov and all those who visited Abramtsevo were astonished by the painting. Konstantin Korovin grumbled, but was deeply moved by the colorful mastery of Valentin Serov.
Everything in this picture is natural and unforced; every detail is connected to another, and together they create a harmonious whole. The charm of the young girls face, the poetry of her life, the color-rich painting – all seemed new in this work. It was no surprise that perceptive critics realized that Russian painting had gained a master of European caliber in the person of the 22-year-old artist.
In this small painting, which has preserved all the charm and freshness of an étude, two tendencies, two forces, have organically merged to form a unified vision of art. Every detail in The Girl with Peaches is perfectly placed; the winter dining chairs, the candlesticks on the window sill, even the figurine of a toy soldier in the depths of the room, the porcelain plate on the wall, and the garden outside the window during late summer – nothing can be removed or moved without disrupting the internal balance of the entire canvas.
Everything seems so simple and natural, but how much depth and wholeness lies within this simplicity! How unique is the joy of life that permeates all these seemingly random elements! With extraordinary expressiveness, V. Serov conveys the light streaming in like a silvery torrent from the window, filling the room. This light shines on the wall and the porcelain plate, reflects in the backs of the chairs, gently falls on the tablecloth, glides over the girls face and hands. And the white color of the tablecloth, the white color of the wall, the white color of the plate suddenly appear to be completely different, and shadows fall on them in different ways, along with a green reflection from the foliage and rosy tones from the sweater.
The girl sits at the table, doing nothing, as if she has only paused for a moment, mechanically picked up a peach, and holds it, looking at you simply and frankly. But this peace is fleeting, and beneath it lies a passion for lively movement. Even the bow seems ready to fly away like a butterfly. And the girl herself looks like a butterfly: she fluttered into the house for a moment, with the sun and warm wind, sat on the edge of a chair, illuminating the room with a smile, and will soon fly back – outside, where the summer day is in full bloom.
And even the room itself seems to want to break the silence and tranquility. The table stretches into the depths, drawing the viewers gaze along with it. Bright rays of sunlight pour in, bringing with them the scent of the garden; a door is open to an adjacent room...
It may seem that this is all that Valentin Serov depicted in his painting. But at the same time, it is a whole romance about the people who own the house, the garden, and all these things; it is a story about the girl, a tale of her character, of her experiences – pure, clear, and youthful. The heroines inner world interested the artist not with complex contradictions or deep psychological nuances, but with its natural simplicity and purity. In her gentle, yet intelligent and energetic face, V. Serov foresaw insight into the future. Perhaps without even realizing it, the artist told in this painting everything he knew about the Mamontovs, showed everything he loved about them – in their family and in their home.
For a long time, The Girl with Peaches hung in Abramtsevo, in the very room where it was painted. Later, it was transferred to the Tretyakov Gallery, while a copy of this work currently hangs in Abramtsevo.
She still loved to play pranks, teased her friend the artist, enjoyed riding with him on horseback or in a boat, and V. Serov often talked about painting her portrait. This sweet teenage girl was very vibrant: bright lips, dark hair, dark eyes like ripe gooseberries with bluish whites. The Girl with Peaches is undoubtedly the most famous painting by V. Serov. The canvas was painted by the young artist in the summer of 1887 at the estate of S. I. Mamontov. The teenage girl depicted in the painting is Mamontovs daughter, twelve-year-old Vera.
The painting was created with difficulty – the work took more than three months – but it seems to us that the piece was created quickly, in a burst of happy inspiration. What qualities make this painting so inexplicably appealing to the viewer?
Perhaps the secret of this artworks charm is simple: the painter managed to capture the fleeting moment while also giving the painting a sense of completeness and finish. The dark-skinned girl in a light blouse with a bow sits at a table. It seems that she sat down for a moment, unconsciously picked up a peach, and in a moment she will flutter like a butterfly and fly back into the garden.
The girl has delicate skin, dark eyes with bluish whites, and equally dark hair. She looks at us simply, with a barely noticeable smile. In her hand is a peach, on the tablecloth nearby are peaches, a knife, maple leaves… The room is flooded with sunlight. Sunbeams penetrating the room softly fall on the table, on the girls hands, and on the antique furniture of the winter dining room...
The painting captivates the viewer with its freshness of color, its harmonious artistic image, its amazing inner harmony, and its immense vitality. Using impressionistic techniques, in particular free brushstrokes, Serov skillfully conveys the play of light, its richness, and how shadows fall.
And most importantly, the artist managed to tell a whole story about the girl, about her character, feelings – just as bright and pure as her appearance – with this small painting. The painting The Girl with Peaches is an ode to spring, the charm of youth, and innocence, everything that delights and pleases us in life.
In addition to the description of V. A. Serovs painting The Girl with Peaches, our website contains many other descriptions of paintings by various artists, which can be used both when preparing to write an essay about a painting and simply for a more complete introduction to the work of famous masters of the past.
How much liveliness, naturalness, and childlike spontaneity is in V. A. Serovs painting Girl with Peaches! Its no wonder that this painting caused a sensation in Moscow, astonishing the artists contemporaries with its amazing expressiveness, lightness, and feeling of joy in life.
The painting depicts Vera, the daughter of Russian industrialist and philanthropist S. I. Mamontov, a good friend of many creative people in Moscow at that time. It seems as if this lively and restless girl has only sat down at the table for a moment, picked up a peach, but she will get up and run off to her business right now. Vera is looking at us, but it creates the impression that her head is filled with completely unrelated thoughts; the girl is pondering something of her own. She touches the peach lying on the table, but she doesnt seem ready to eat it yet. Perhaps the feeling of the velvety skin of the ripe fruit helps her think.
The girl has brown eyes, chestnut, slightly tousled hair, and equally dark, clearly defined eyebrows. All this, combined with her tanned skin, makes Vera look like a little bird.
There is a lot of light in the painting, which floods the table covered with a white tablecloth, the girl sitting at the table, and the entire room through large transparent windows. The white tablecloth, the light walls, Veras delicate pink blouse – all this creates a feeling of spaciousness and boundless lightness. The darkened areas of the painting: the dark brown elegant backs of chairs peeking out from behind the table, the blue bow on the girls chest, contrast favorably with the variety of shades of white.
The peaches lying freely on the table, the green maple leaves seemingly blown in here by the wind from the garden, even a single gleaming silver knife, add lightness and charm to Serovs painting, embodying natural spontaneity.
The artists skill is revealed not only in creating a magnificent portrait but also in his ability to capture the subtle interplay of light and shadow, and in the changing shades of objects depending on the lighting.
The painting by the outstanding artist V. A. Serov takes us back to carefree childhood with all its worries, joys, sorrows, and discoveries.

Мне эта картина очень понравилась.

спасибо за написанное сочинение!!!
I really liked this painting by V. A. Serov. The painting depicts a girl named Vera Mamontova, and its not difficult to describe her appearance; its a beautiful painting.
The painting is very enigmatic, and I dont understand what some people see as strange in the girl; on the contrary, she is very beautiful.
The portrait of Vera Mamontova was painted by Abramtsevo, a Moscow estate belonging to S. I. Mamontov, where Serov arrived directly from Italy, driven by a thirst for creativity.
His letter, written shortly before that from Venice, speaks of the unusually elevated mood with which Serov approached the portrait: In this century, they paint everything heavy, nothing joyful. I want joy, and I will only paint what brings joy.
The swarthy face of the girl, with a blush appearing through the tan, her lively brown eyes, the casually swept hair that refuses to stay in place, her hands lying calmly but so delicately and vividly on the table, the unique purity of the tones – all of this is charming, and it leaves a deep impression on the soul of everyone who loves Russian art.
The painting is unusually simple. The artist captured everything: the girl in a pink sweater with a black bow and a red carnation sits at a table covered with a white tablecloth; a knife lies nearby; peaches and leaves are scattered on the table; chairs, a candlestick on the window, and a figurine of a toy soldier in the depths of the room are painted; a porcelain plate hangs on the wall; outside the window is a garden in late summer. And how much depth and wholeness there is in this simplicity, how through all these details shines an unparalleled joy of life!
The light streaming in from the window is conveyed with extreme expressiveness, flowing like a silver stream and filling the room. This light illuminates the wall and the porcelain plate, reflecting in the backs of the chairs, gently falling on the tablecloth, gliding over the face and hands. Surrounding the figure and all the objects, it creates that unified, organically whole environment that was an essential feature of young Serovs painting.

The Girl with the Peaches by V. A. Serov
The painting The Girl with the Peaches, painted by Valentin Alexandrovich Serov in 1887, is one of his first major works.
The painting depicts Vera Mamontova, the daughter of Savva Mamontov, a favorite model of artists who were visiting Abramtsevo at the time. Looking at the painting, we see a very lively and tanned girl. She has large dark eyes in which some kind of spark is hidden. Bathed in light streaming through the window, she stares intently at the viewer. This extraordinary invigorating sunlight saturates all the space of a large and bright room. It plays with multi-colored reflections on the wall, on the plate hanging in the niche, on the backs of the chairs, and on the table by the window. The candlestick hidden on the table and visible to the right also reflects this joyful light. A silver knife lying on the table gleams brightly against the background of a snow-white tablecloth. Without lingering on the surrounding objects, the light glides across the girls face, creating a play of lilac and blue highlights on her pink blouse.
The tanned face of the girl is contrasted by the overall bluish tone of the painting. This, at first glance, somewhat cold tone is softened by the warm tones of the peaches and leaves on the table and ends with the resonant major key of the red bow on her chest.
Looking at the girl, whose entire pose expresses restrained impatience, it seems that she has only sat down at the table for a moment. Her nostrils are slightly flared, as if she cant catch her breath from running fast, and her brown eyes glance sideways at us, as if planning another prank. Despite the fact that her lips are seriously pressed together, there is an abyss of childish mischief in them.
When you look at the painting, you feel a sense of freshness, youth, and at the same time, some kind of nobility emanating from it. The atmosphere of the room depicted in the painting is so cozy that it creates a feeling of protection from the misfortunes of the surrounding world. Its not surprising that the painting The Girl with the Peaches amazed Moscow at the time and became one of the pearls of Russian portrait painting.
Against a light background, at a table covered with a snow-white tablecloth, sits a sweet little girl in a delicate pink sweater. She is so light and airy that she resembles a bird flitting from branch to branch. The girls posture suggests that she cant wait to run outside. She simply sat down for a few minutes to please the artist – and to share her childlike innocence with others. In front of her, on the table, are peaches, and one young lady is holding in her hand.
On the table lies a knife, which explains why the girl stayed at the table. Simply, she was treated to peaches that she wanted to eat quickly. One might say that the artist caught the little girl halfway.
The simple furniture and unassuming setting clearly tell the viewer that the painting depicts a rural house. Rays of bright sunlight stream through the plain windows, beckoning and calling the girl to the open space, to freedom.
Its pleasant to watch when other people are happy. They share their joy with everyone, helping them forget about bad things. Serovs painting Girl with Peaches inspires hope for a bright future in peoples souls, heals from melancholy and sadness – and gives a boost of energy. And what is most remarkable is that it affects representatives of different generations – and has saved more than one soul from sadness.

Essay-Description
Based on the painting by V. A. Serov
Girl with Peaches
The Best Portrait of Serov
The idea of the painting is to create a unique symbol of youth, beauty, and the image of a happy time in human life. The painting depicts Vera Mamontova, the daughter of Russian industrialist and philanthropist Savva Ivanovich Mamontov. The artists goal was to express his joyful and sincere perception of life.
In the painting, we see a dark-skinned girl with black eyes and a mass of dark chestnut hair. She also has plump, rosy cheeks. She looks older than her years, almost like a young lady. She is wearing a pink blouse with a black bow and a carnation around her neck. Her hands are on the table, holding a peach.
We see that she is sitting in a chair at a table where there are 3 peaches and a knife. The table is probably large, as its end is not visible in the painting. On the wall hangs a decorative plate. In the background, we see a large window, and behind it, branches of trees. The room is bathed in sunlight, with reflections everywhere: on the light wall, on the snow-white tablecloth, and on the delicate pink dress of the girl.
Girl with Peaches is a bright and generalized image of childhood standing at the threshold of youth.

The painting depicts a young girl, S. Mamontov, seated at a table covered with a white tablecloth. She is wearing a soft pink hooded sweatshirt with a black polka-dot bow adorned with a red floral embellishment. Her gaze is directed towards the viewer with a calm and direct expression. Her hands rest on the table, and she is holding a peach in her left hand. On the table in front of her, several other peaches and some autumn leaves are scattered, along with a silver knife. The background is composed of two large windows that allow natural light to illuminate the scene, casting soft shadows and highlighting the textures of the objects and the environment. The room appears to be a dining area, with chairs and a decorative plate visible on the wall. The overall ambiance is one of naturalness and quiet intimacy, capturing a moment of everyday life in a warmly lit setting.
The subtexts of the painting can be interpreted in several ways:
