"Still life in detail" - we are creating together with the Tretyakov Gallery

MOSCOW. December 16 at Tretyakov Gallery an unusual event was held, the purpose of which was a comprehensive introduction to the creation of still lifes. Despite the fact that visual techniques and techniques have changed over the centuries, portraits, landscapes and, of course, still lifes will always remain in the center of attention of artists.

Whatever current the art adheres to, without a deep understanding of the world and the ability to recreate it on paper, his experience will not be complete. Even an ardent admirer of abstractionism should be able to draw an ordinary still life in an academic manner. This is not only a tribute, but also a proof of one’s own professionalism.

After all, it is precisely on the drawing of still lifes that the artist is becoming, an understanding of light and texture, work with color. Therefore, teachers of the art school "Details" decided to immerse each visitor in an artistic atmosphere. The first part of the event was held in the halls of the museum, where visitors had the opportunity to study in detail the exposition of the exhibition "Still Life. Metamorphoses. "

Then all those present learned to create their own works. And even those who held brushes and paints in their hands even in kindergarten, were able to create their own still life. As a basis was taken the work "Flowers in Detail", by the famous florist Larisa Kravchenkova.
