"Unknown intelligent forces" in the Moscow gallery Stella Art Foundation

MOSCOW. On February 22, the general exhibition “Unknown Intelligent Forces” started by two contemporary artists - Elena Elagina and Igor Makarevich. This project has already been demonstrated in Russia, but Muscovites saw it for the first time.

The basis for the creation of the art installation was the recording of the famous Russian scientist K. Tsiolkovsky, dedicated to the enormous work on the development of the theory of Russian cosmism. This theory was first presented by Nikolai Fedorov and consolidated ideas on the resurrection of ancestors.

At the same time, Tsiolkovsky was developing the interplanetary spacecraft. Thus, combining the Slavic, pagan past, the thread of the needs of the communist present, with a glorious cosmic future.

Naturally, such a paradox could not go unnoticed in a creative environment. As a result, the artists created an original installation that reveals the essence of Utopia, created by a scientist and is the universal dream of people of that generation. The exposition is original and raises many questions. Since the project rather asks: "What price are you willing to pay for illusions" than it gives its own answer.
