Third annual festival of private collections "Collectors and Collections"

MOSCOW. On April 16, the All-Russian Museum of Decorative, Applied and Folk Art held the official opening of the Third Annual Festival “Collectors and Collections”.

The evening began with a greeting from the director of the museum, Elena Viktorovna Titova, whom the guests of the evening listened attentively: Senator from the State Assembly of the Republic of Mari El in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Natalya Dementieva, collector and chairman of the board of directors of the Bioenergia corporation, David Yakobashvili, head of the IIC Andrei Ryabinsky, vice Vladimir Ruga, president of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, restaurateur Alexander Smelyansky, director and actress Vera Glagoleva, actor Andrei Smolyakov, designers Daria Razumikhina and Alisa Tolka Cheva, actress Elena Zakharova, ballerina Inna Ginkevich, program director of the public project “The Future of Russia” Ekaterina Polozova, deputy. Director of the Museum of the East Tatyana Metaksa, artist Serge Golovach, art manager Nikolai Palazhchenko.

More than 500 guests of the opening of the festival "Collectors and Collections" were the first to get a glimpse into the secret vaults of private collections, to admire unusual pieces of decorative and fine art. The festival presents more than 300 works from six private collections of Moscow collectors.
