Personal exhibition of Irina Marts in the exhibition hall of the Russian Academy of Arts

MOSCOW. In the exhibition halls of the Russian Academy of Arts on March 8, an exhibition of the artist Irina Marts. The first visitors were able to get acquainted with the work of the artist on February 19th. The exhibition housed about 40 paintings by the artist in the 2010s. At this time, the artist traveled a lot. In addition to European countries, Irina also visited Israel.

The result of each trip was a surprisingly emotional landscape. Each painting written by Irina Martz is not a dispassionate copy of the corners of nature seen by the artist. Her painting makes it possible to feel the presence of the author, allowing the viewer to share the mood of the artist, as if to see with her the nature that attracted her attention.

When creating her canvases, Irina Marts uses vibrant and vibrant colors, and the technique of performance, in which objects are depicted using precise relief strokes, gives the space depth. Under the brush of the artist, a convincing reality is born, filled with emotionality, the delight of creativity.

The life of the family of Irina Marts was devoted to art. Andrei Marts, the father of the artist, created sculptures, and his mother, Lyudmila Marts, worked as an art critic. Irina herself studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute, graduated from the art department. As a student, from 1979, Irina began to participate in exhibitions, her works were awarded. In 1986, she became a member of the Union of Artists. The works of Irina Marts are in the collections of many museums of the Russian Federation.
