VORONEZH. Until November 8, visitors will find a unique art exhibition, which was solemnly opened on Friday, September 25, at the Museum. Kramskoy. Her exposition is from the works of eminent artists included in the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts.

One of the ideological inspirers of the project, Sergey Gulevsky, who is also a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts, in his speech at the opening ceremony of the exposition emphasized how difficult the path traveled from the birth of the exhibition’s plan to the realization of his life was. The exhibition, where the exposition contains the works of masters of such a high rank, is being held for the first time in a provincial Russian city.

Before the visitors of the exhibition there are more than a hundred works belonging to the masters, occupying leading places in the fine art of our Fatherland. Vladimir Dobromirov, director of the museum, in his story about the work to create this exhibition, noted the importance of the creativity of the authors represented in the exhibition. These masters have long been leaders in the artistic environment, determining the direction of its development.

The exhibition exposition is not only large-scale. It is placed in the exhibition space so organically that its inspection gives a real aesthetic pleasure. In the Voronezh region, exhibitions and open airs of the highest level are traditionally held. Therefore, Voronezh has the right to bear the title of the cultural capital of the CIS.

Among the exhibitors there are such famous names as Zurab Tsereteli, whose name does not need a separate presentation, Tahir Salakhova, who holds the post of vice president of the Russian Academy of Arts. No less famous are such artists as Boris Messerer, who created the sets for Sovremennik and the Bolshoi Theater, as well as the famous stage designer Alexander Teslik.
