The solemn opening ceremony of the II International Children’s Cultural Forum and the exhibition "The Image of Teachers and Mentors in the Works of Young Artists" was visited by People’s Artist of the USSR and the Russian Federation, President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Konstantinovich Tsereteli, Vice-Presidents of the Russian Academy of Arts Anatoly Aleksandrovich Lyubavin and Andrey Nikolayevich Kovalchuk.
