The best young artist, of the dozens of yesterday’s students who have just graduated from theatrical universities of the country, will take a vacant place in the theater-theater team. Usually, for the selection of new artists, a troupe of the theater is assembled by a artistic council, together with the troupe’s leadership, evaluating the skill of the applicant. The event is closed, the presence of strangers on it is not welcome.

The Theater-Theater decided to break this tradition by inviting not only artists, but also spectators to the casting. As a result, the casting, which took all evening, turned into a fascinating reality show. Until one in the morning, the artists showed pre-prepared sketches, excerpts from the performances presented to the audience after several rehearsals.

At one o’clock in the morning presented the winner of the casting. They became a young artist who came to Perm from Vladivostok. Now he will become a member of the Theater-Theater troupe. At the end of the first festival day on the square near the light and music fountain, the ballet troupe of the theater showed its skills. In their performance, the audience saw excerpts from the musical "Scarlet Sails".

Nights-Nights will continue through June 18th. Spectators will see concert programs, will be able to attend rehearsals of performances and readings of new plays. The musical-musical show festival will end - a joint work of artists of the Perm Theater-Theater and the Yekaterinburg Musical Comedy Theater. This concert program is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the popular genre - musical.
