Lecture on the classics of Jewish literature in the Hub Living Room

Impact Hub Odessa invites you to an important event directly related to the history and culture of our city. On August 17, at 19:00, a lecture will be held on the classics of Jewish literature, the author of poetry in Hebrew and Yiddish, who lived the brightest part of his life in Odessa - Haim Nachman Bialik.

He was called the king of the Jewish nation. He moved to Tel Aviv on a street named after himself. The man who created the Jewish non-religious culture. He was quoted by Mayakovsky, Gorky admired him, he was translated into Russian by the best poets of the Silver Age. Every child in Israel knows him.

About the writer, his life and work, the history of Jewish Odessa at the beginning of the last century, Zeev Volkov, an Israeli guide, an employee of the house-museum of Haim Nakhman Bialik, will tell.
