Among the topics that were affected by schoolchildren, wooden architecture in Irkutsk, the history of the theater, the creation of city gardens and parks, the history of balls, the development of cinema and others. The schoolchildren included not only writers and scientists among the interesting people of our city, among the heroes of the reports were pianist Denis Matsuev, designer Anatoly Kosyakov and deputy Larisa Egorova.
Some authors not only analyzed materials from books and the Internet, but also, taking into account their age, made an attempt to conduct their own scientific research: they walked around the city with a stopwatch, measuring the duration of the journey from one historical object to another, correlated modern objects and those that were on them place a century ago.
