Opening of the XXXI season at the Golden Key Theater

Last weekend, with full houses, the XXXI season was opened at the Golden Key International Theater Theater Center. The Evpatoria Theater greeted the audience with their favorite performances: “The Marriage of Balzaminov”, “The Flying Ship”, “The Golden Key” were a success these days!

On September 8, as part of the opening of the season, a premiere performance for adults “Marriage of Balzaminov” was shown. In the 15th directorial work of Andrei Permyakov, Honored Art Worker of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, actors of the Studio 22 Youth Theater play 10 years old this fall.

Before the performance in the foyer, the chamber orchestra of the Children’s School of Arts met the Yevpatoria theater-goers with classical music, which tunes the elegant audience, who came to the Golden Key that evening in search of emotions and real stories, for theatrical performance. Both friends of the theater and guests who missed the theater’s performances during the summer vacation came to see the comedy based on the play of the great Russian playwright A. Ostrovsky.

The founder of ICTI “Golden Key” Nina Permyakova greeted the audience from the stage of the small “Green” hall: “We are very pleased that today we have an adult audience. This suggests that the theater is growing, and we are becoming more multifaceted. " According to Nina Petrovna, “The Marriage of Balsaminov” was returned to the theater’s repertoire by Andrei Permyakov, wanting to restore the production that his father, Oleg Permyakov, put on the stage of the “Golden Key” 26 years ago. “It’s very difficult for any creative person to repeat someone else’s work, so we got a completely new performance, wonderful and loved by the audience,” Permyakova added.

The performance “Marriage of Balzaminov” from the very premiere fell in love with the viewer, which was influenced by the choice of material, the relevance of moral issues raised in Russian classics, and the atmosphere of the merchant Zamoskvorechye, beautifully recreated by director Andrei Permyakov and artist Dmitry Nikolayev, and the musical design of the performance, and the ironic spirit that applies to all those present in the hall, and, of course, a beautiful ensemble of actors. At the end of the action, the audience applauded the actors with a standing ovation, without releasing them for a long time from the stage.

On September 9 and 10, the theater launched the season of children’s performances. Klyuchiki showed their young viewers performances from their Golden Collection - The Flying Ship and the hallmark of the Golden Key Theater.
