THIRD SEASON OF THE RUSSIAN-ITALIAN LITERARY AWARD "BELLA" Automatic translate
The Russian-Italian literary award "BELLA" was established in memory of the outstanding Russian poet of the twentieth century, Bella Akhmadulina - in a sign of her special creative affection for Italy, to commemorate the humanistic unity of Russian and Italian cultures, in order to support and encourage new poetry in Russian and Italian.

"Italian poem" - for Italian authors aged 18 to 36 years;
"Russian poem" - for Russian-language authors aged 18 to 36 years;
"Literary - critical or bibliographic essay on modern poetry";
“Touch of Kazan” - for the poetesses of the Republic of Tatarstan aged 18 to 36 years.

- Alessandro Niero - Professor of the University of Bologna, translator from Russian, English and Polish;
- Davide Rondoni - Italian poet;
- Annelisa Alleva - professor, translator, essayist;
- Maria Ida Gaetta - President of the Roman Literary Festival.

- Natalia Ivanova - Chairman of the Russian jury, literary critic, Doctor of Philological Sciences, President of the Russian Literary Initiative Foundation;
- Mikhail Eisenberg - poet, essayist;
- Maxim Amelin - poet, translator, editor-in-chief of OGI publishing house;
- Andrey Aryev - literary critic, prose writer, critic, co-editor of Zvezda magazine;

The interests of the two juries were common: to find the very poem and present it to the public. In 2013, the award ceremony was held in Verona. The Russian finalists were the poets Ksenia Charyeva and Alexey Porvin; Laureate - Alexander Vergelis; the Italian jury recognized the winner of the young talented poet from Rome Carlo Carrab for the poem "Introduzione". For the best essay on poetry, Maria Stepanova and Alexei Konakov were shortlisted; Laureate - Alexander Zholkovsky.
In 2014, the award ceremony was held in Kazan. The finalists in the nomination “Russian poem” were Alexei Kudryakov and Alexander Stesin, the jury was announced the winner of the jury Grigory Knyazev; the winner in the Italian nomination was Julia Rusconi with the poem Quando la gente. Works for the Prize in Russian can be nominated by the editors of literary magazines, publishers, literary associations, universities, famous critics and poets.
Works for the Prize in Italian can be personally nominated by the authors of poetic works, as well as by creative associations.
Within the framework of the press conference, which will be held on FEBRUARY 12, 2015 at 11.00 , the initiators, founders and members of the organizing committee of the award will talk about the concept of the BELLA award, the importance of Kaluga land in the work of Bella Akhmadulina, and will share their plans for the third season of the award as part of the Year of Russian Literature.
